Cosy nights in have always been my preferred choice over going out but I don’t think you can get better than a cosy Christmas night in, especially when there’s Christmas movies, board games and hot chocolate.
It’s not a cosy night in without some form of festive pj’s, whether they are Christmas themed or a festive tartan print, paired with some fluffy socks and a giant blanket and you’re all set.
My favourite thing about cosy nights in is playing games, you probably all know I love Harry potter, so this Harry Potter Trivial Pursuit is absolutely perfect however after playing this I realise I need to read the books again as I don’t know as much as I’d like to think I do! This game is perfect for a games night in, and would also make a brilliant Christmas present or stocking filler.
Another addition to the games night is the Thunderbirds Board Game. This is so retro and I just love it. I love anything in the retro style as I think it’s so special, to me board games remind me of being little as we didn’t have nearly as much technology as we do now (god I feel old!) but I used to play board games all the time and I still love them.
It’s not a cosy night in without a hot chocolate and what better way to have a hot chocolate than in your favourite mug. I love this Muggle Studies Mug . Continuing the Harry Potter theme, along with trivial pursuit I’m sipping on my hot chocolate whilst testing my Harry Potter knowledge!
Along with a hot chocolate what better way to have a cosy night in than with some festive treats! I am loving this Fudge Selection from Crabtree and Evelyn. Not only are the fudges so yum, the tin they come in is absolutely gorgeous and I am definitely going to be using it to store things in when all the fudge is gone (which won’t be very long!)
My absolute favourite is the salted caramel and Belgian chocolate chip one- I am a lover of anything salted caramel & this certainly didn’t disappoint! This is perfect for having over the festive period and sharing with friends and family but it would also make a lovely gift, you can’t go wrong with yummy food in pretty tins!
There are so many gorgeous products over on Truffle Shuffle related to a whole bunch of things you would have had when you were younger giving you all the throwback vibes!
All my love & Merry Christmas
